Day 100 - Read Deuteronomy 25-26

Aug 1, 2024

A person who was found guilty in a dispute would be punished. The worker and minister should not be muzzled (prevented from having his needs met). A man’s name should be honored and passed down in the house of Israel. A man who refused to take his brother’s wife in the case where his brother died was to be dishonored in the presence of the elders. People should be treated fairly, and not be taken advantage of through deceit. Israel was called to give a tithe of their first fruits and to worship God for all He had done. God chose this people to be His treasured possession, setting them apart for His great name and honor.
