Day 111 - Read Joshua 13-14

Joshua was advanced in years, but his work was not finished. There was land still to be taken by Israel. God reassured Joshua that He would continue to give over the land that was promised to Israel. He told Joshua to divide the land among the tribes as commanded through Moses. The boundaries of the land were given, as well as the portions of the land that had been portioned to the tribes of Israel. Joshua gave Hebron to Caleb because Caleb honored God’s promise. Caleb trusted God as Joshua did while the other spies doubted God’s promise to give the people of Canaan into the hands of Israel.
