Day 150 - Read 2 Samuel 9-10

David sought anyone who was left in the house of Saul so he could show kindness to them in honor of Jonathan. David had Mephibosheth, son of Jonathan and grandson of Saul, come to him. David vowed to provide Saul’s land to him and to his house and to always provide a place at the table for him. The Syrians joined with the Ammonites to fight against Israel, but Israel defeated them. The Syrians became fearful of aiding the Ammonites against Israel.
