Day 269 - Read Psalm 91-94

The psalmist described God as his refuge and fortress who protected him from all harm. God will deliver the one who holds fast to Him in love. Psalm ninety-two is a song of praise to God for His great deeds. God is mighty and righteous, and His enemies are destroyed. According to the writer in chapter ninety-three, the Lord is mighty and above all created things. He is holy and trustworthy. Chapter ninety-four depicts the evildoer mocking God, believing God will not hear or see their evil deeds. But the Lord knows and disciplines His children and punishes the wicked. The Lord is a stronghold and a rock of refuge to those who seek Him.
