Adam also agreed to sin against God. Their eyes were opened, and they were aware of their sin and nakedness. God pronounced punishment against the serpent, the man, and the woman. God removed the man and woman from the garden. Cain and Abel, sons of Adam and Eve, brought offerings to the Lord. God was pleased with Abel’s offering, but not with Cain’s. Cain was jealous of Abel, killed him, and was punished. God condemned Cain to be a wanderer on the earth. Cain had many descendants. and God blessed Adam and Eve with a son named Seth.
